Ganesh [Tarun] is a carefree college student from Hyderabad whose days spin around close friends and doing good deeds for them, a pattern that often irks his father Raja Shekar [Tanikella Bharani]. In a twist of fate, Ganesh fumbles upon a red diary in his father’s auction shop, only to discover that it belongs to Sandhya [Sneha], his quiet neighbor from the past. The film’s first half unfolds entirely through Sandhya’s diary, painting a picture of a girl who lives opposite Ganesh’s sister, Aishwarya [Jhansi], and who falls for Ganesh the moment she hears him strum his guitar. Sandhya is shy and observant, keeping her feelings hidden while quietly admiring the boy she’s come to love.

As the diary reveals, Sandhya’s sister Sirisha [Preetha Vijayakumar] returns home from a hostel during holidays. Sirisha envies Sandhya’s love for Ganesh and schemes to claim him for herself, promising to help Sandhya but playing a double game that complicates Ganesh’s budding awareness of Sandhya’s affection. Meanwhile, Sandhya’s father is transferred to Visakhapatnam, and Sandhya asks Sirisha to convey her feelings to Ganesh. Sirisha makes a bold move and proposes to Ganesh, only to be rejected, a moment Sandhya witnesses from a distance, feeling betrayed by her own sister.

The family moves to Visakhapatnam, and in the shuffle, Sandhya’s diary is misplaced, leaving Ganesh to piece together the truth from scattered fragments. After learning that Sandhya is indeed his secret admirer, Ganesh decides to pursue her, heading to Visakhapatnam with his loyal friend Chacha [Venu Madhav], whose comic presence lightens the journey. In this new city, Ganesh forms a genuine friendship with Raghu [Sivaji Sontineni], a wealthy bachelor who lives with his parents and who becomes a central figure in Sandhya’s life as Ganesh competes with his own emotions.

As events unfold, Raghu becomes engaged to Sandhya, a development Ganesh accepts with integrity, choosing not to betray his friend. Sandhya, torn between love and duty, agrees to the arranged engagement to prevent any more trouble for her father and sister, even as her heart remains with Ganesh. Sirisha, realizing the gravity of the situation and seeking to repair the rift she caused, searches for Ganesh to mend what has been broken and to help unite the two young lovers.

In the tense, emotional crescendo, Sirisha finally reveals the truth to all and, in a surprising turn, marries Raghu. The revelation clears the air, and Sandhya and Ganesh are finally free to pursue the love that began in the diary’s pages. The story closes on a note of reconciliation and renewed hope as the two reunite, their affection confirmed and their paths aligned after a series of misunderstandings, family pressures, and a diary that bridged years and distances.
