In 1966, a pirate radio station called Radio Rock illegally broadcasts music from an old tanker ship, captivating listeners across the nation. The station's charismatic host, Quentin, leads a diverse crew including The Count, Gavin, and Dave, who share music and stories while defying government regulations. Along with them is Carl, Quentin’s teenage nephew, who navigates the complexities of love and searches for answers about his father, all set against the backdrop of the ship’s vibrant and rebellious atmosphere.
