Paradise Lost in Two Reelers (2023): Cast

Franco Piavoli, a seminal figure of Italian independent cinema, has spent his life in the tiny village of Pozzolengo near Lake Garda. Born in 1933, he writes, imagines and largely shoots his own films, developing a distinctive, authentic visual language. In the documentary we visit his modest home, carrying just two super‑8 mm reels, and ask him to speak about his forthcoming project.
