Sivakumar [Vishal Krishna] is a meek man who runs a mobile sales and service centre in Madurai, supported by his loyal friend and sidekick, Ganesan [Soori]. He falls in love with his father’s tenant, Malarvizhi Chidambaram, [Lakshmi Menon]. His father, Kalyanasundaram, a retired government employee, shows deep care for Siva’s elder brother Nagaraj, an honest government officer [Guru Somasundaram], while a shadowy underworld operates in the city. A formidable mafia boss, Ravi [Sharath Lohitashwa], rules Madurai with an iron fist, and the fear he instills colors every corner of Siva’s world.

Siva’s circle expands through Sethu [Vikranth], a friend who backs him as he pursues Malarvizhi, often taking on harassers to shield her. Sethu also plays a pivotal, brutal part in saving Amudha [Advaitha], Siva’s love interest and former flame, when she is threatened by Ravi’s chief henchman Bharani [Harish Uthaman]. In a decisive and desperate moment, Sethu helps Amudha escape by stabbing Bharani, and Siva urges them to flee Madurai. Amid the turmoil, Nagaraj’s wife becomes pregnant with their second child, and a confrontation with Ravi over a deadly quarry incident drives the plot toward a brutal turn.

Nagaraj confronts Ravi about the deaths at the quarry, and Ravi retaliates by staging a road accident that kills Nagaraj. At the hospital, Kalyanasundaram is threatened by Ravi’s men to stay quiet, and they coerce a forged signature to imply Nagaraj was driving under the influence. The truth of Nagaraj’s death weighs heavily on both Ravi’s adversaries and Siva, who confides in Ganesan about what really happened. Grief forces Siva and Kalyanasundaram to plan vengeance, each in his own way, but they stay largely unaware of the other’s exact methods.

A calculated plan unfolds: Kalyanasundaram transfers a substantial amount of money (Rs. 3,000,000) to a prisoner to assemble a hit squad, while Siva, through Ganesan, gives Ravi and his aide hacked smartphones to monitor calls and movements for a year, waiting for the perfect moment. Siva also prepares to strike when Ravi visits a minister friend in Coonoor. Yet the hit squad moves first at the same spot, and during the clash, Ravi’s men fight back fiercely. Siva rushes in to finish the job but is spotted by Bharani, while Ravi uncovers who hired the hit squad. In the meantime, Siva becomes engaged to Malarvizhi, baiting Ravi’s plan to escalate.

Ravi coerces the hit squad organizer to reveal the client and to meet at a bus stand, proposing to return the money to trap the hunter. Kalyanasundaram races to the bus stand to retrieve the money, but Ravi’s gang closes in on him; health problems threaten him, and he nearly falls, saved only by a masked Siva who transports him to the hospital without exposing his identity. At the hospital, Siva and Ganesan, who had recovered the money, weep together as Kalyanasundaram laments his failure to defend his advocate.

Determined, Siva and Ganesan solidify their plan to kill Ravi at a temple festival. Ravi, suspicious of a civilian killer, orders the police to round up all male relatives of those Ravi has killed to identify the would-be culprit. Siva learns Ravi will meet in a theatre, and against Ganesan’s advice, he heads to the theatre bathroom to attempt the kill. A masked Siva is confronted and expelled; he leaves behind a sickle in the stall, which Bharani recognizes from past encounters. Ravi spots the weapon and chases Siva, who escapes, only to learn from Amudha that Siva had urged Sethu to flee, and that he was handed over to Ravi by the police after Sethu’s departure. Bharani confronts and kills Sethu right before Amudha’s eyes.

Enraged, Siva slaughters Ravi’s men and finally engages Ravi in a brutal duel. In a tense, climactic struggle, Ravi is gravely wounded, and the police arrive at dawn after Siva leads Ravi to a well and leaves him there to die, declaring that Ravi embodies all the innocent lives he has taken and that he will endure his own death. Siva is soon married to Malarvizhi. The case closes with news of Ravi’s body being recovered, partially decomposed, following an anonymous tip to the police. In the end, Siva quietly confesses his role to his father, who embraces him with joy and steps out for a quiet walk with his grandson, signifying a fragile peace within a family scarred by violence.
