Fahadh Faasil plays Prasanth, known as Pachu, who runs an ayurveda clinic in Mumbai. He is well-liked and caring, but remains unmarried and hopes to find a suitable bride. During a visit to his hometown Kochi for business, he attends a wedding with his father, Rajan, Mukesh where he meets Achu, whom he likes. A marriage proposal is suggested by Rajan’s friend, and they visit Achu’s house. However, a sudden incident leaves Pachu choking on a fish bone, and he is rushed to an emergency room, missing his flight back to Mumbai.

Back in Mumbai, Pachu’s landlord, Riyas, Vineeth Radhakrishnan, asks him to accompany his elderly mother, Laila, on a train journey. On the way, they meet a young boy traveling alone, Aswin. During the night, Laila secretly disembarks at Karmali station in Goa. Pachu wakes up, realizes what happened, and rushes after her, only to be pepper-sprayed by Laila before she slips away.

Pachu follows Laila to a house where Hamsadhwani, Anjana Jayaprakash, is initially unwilling to help. He calls Riyas, who rushes to Goa to locate his mother. Laila is eventually found and they all prepare to fly to Mumbai. At the airport, she apologizes to Pachu and the boy for the pepper spray, and explains her reasons. Laila narrates the story of Nidhi, Dhwani Rajesh, the daughter of their Mumbai maid Geeta. Noting Nidhi’s intelligence and desire to learn, Laila encourages and pays for her education. However, after her 10th standard exams, Nidhi is sent back to Goa to live with her grandfather and work as a maid there. Nidhi wants to continue her studies and asks Laila for help through Hamsadhwani, which is why Laila traveled by train and disembarked in Goa.

Laila offers Pachu ownership of his ayurveda store if he can find and bring back Nidhi. Pachu agrees and sets off to find her. With the help of Hamsadhwani, Pachu locates Nidhi’s house and goes there to meet her, but is beaten up by her brother Savio, a thug. He’s helped again by Hamsadhwani and stays with her while presenting a case against his attackers. Even though he recovers his belongings, he keeps this a secret from Hamsadhwani so he can spend more time with her. The two grow closer, and Pachu assists Nidhi in ending a toxic relationship with her boyfriend.

Pachu finds an opportune moment and plans to leave with Nidhi, but this is discovered by Nidhi’s step grandmother and Savio, who refuse to let her go. Riyas, who was once opposed to Laila’s decision, now supports her in bringing Nidhi back. Pachu makes a second attempt to save Nidhi and fights off Savio and his friends; they are pursued, but Nidhi’s grandfather intervenes, allowing her to leave. Pachu and Nidhi travel to Kerala to reunite her with Laila, and Nidhi joins a college to continue her studies. During his train journey back to Mumbai, Pachu receives a message from Hamsadhwani and decides to disembark at Karmali station to meet her.

This story blends warmth, ambition, and family ties across the landscapes of Goa, Kerala, and Mumbai, as Pachu navigates responsibility, love, and the chance to help Nidhi build a brighter future.
