What begins as a genuine gesture quickly spirals. Kiran agrees to donate, yet a warning from Sona’s nephew suggests a darker fate—one that could end with Kiran’s life. After Kiran is sedated and the surgical plan is set for the next day, Sona’s pressure surges, delaying the operation by a full day. When Kiran awakens, the situation is dire: Jayadev, Sona’s trusted ally, informs him that the real demand is more personal—a demanded heart for transplantation, not just blood, and that Kiran must leave Mumbai to avoid a deadly outcome.

Realizing the danger, Kiran fights his way through Sona’s henchmen and escapes, turning the pursuit into a wider confrontation. The chase intensifies as the truth about Sona’s intentions becomes clear and Kiran’s defiance enrages the gangster. Later, a new development arrives: Sona’s nephew reveals that the stakes are even higher than blood—heart transplants—and urges Kiran to run, since Sona intends to hold him responsible for every consequence of this deadly scheme.

Meanwhile, Jayadev moves through Gautami’s office to buy the guest house, only to discover the sale is already concluded and the seller has vanished toward another city. A confrontation with Jayadev’s men follows, but Kiran’s improvisational combat skills help him overpower the threats and slip away with Gautami. Through the ensuing conversation, Kiran opens up about a past life of wealth built on his father’s honest private bank, and the collapse that followed when big loans to VIPs could not be repaid. The bank’s downfall led to an arrest, and Kiran’s father faced a difficult choice: bail out the system or watch everything burn.

To salvage the situation, Kiran sought the support of the RBI official Janakiram, who demanded a staggering ₹4 crore bribe. With that obstacle in the way, Kiran immigrated to Mumbai to secure payment for the guest house within six months. A violent altercation with Sona’s men follows, during which Kiran is injected with a sedative but fights back with whatever is nearby, destroying the threat and escaping with Gautami by his side. In the aftermath, Kiran reveals the entire truth about Sona to Gautami, while Seth—a buyer who had earlier agreed to pay—backs out, forcing Kiran to demand the money be paid within 30 minutes.

On the beach, plans shift as the truth comes to light about Seth’s fear of Sona’s retribution, prompting Gautami to seek a new buyer for the guest house. Kiran’s path crosses with Sona’s nephew once again, who warns that Sona’s grip will tighten as long as he remains alive. A fierce fight ensues, with Kiran dispatching the henchmen and the room-number clue left on the nephew’s hand exposing the double-cross. The nephew’s own bid to seize power backfires when Jayadev shoots him, and Sona’s demise follows as the boss dies from the combined effects of the room-number exposure and the fierce confrontation.
