Aalavandhar is a corrupt Education minister who dreams of clinching the title of chief minister. He wields influence through his two sons-in-law, Sathya — an ex-IPS officer who now runs a finance company — and Ilamaran, a powerful IAS district collector. Together, they plot to destabilize the state to push their own agenda, even if it means trampling on the wishes of the people. Their latest scheme centers on allotting land in a village for a flashy cool-drink factory, a move that would tap into the region’s abundant land and water resources. The villagers push back, recognizing the threat to their livelihoods and environment, but the in-laws press ahead, issuing orders to begin construction despite the mounting opposition.
