In Tallinn, the group maps out unfamiliar social terrain, and Galya, who aspires to be an actress, tries to weave herself into their artistic world. Yet Dmitry’s spontaneous, careless streak strains his bond with Galya, and the crew eventually finds themselves working as laborers in a furniture store before the local economy drags them into a fishing collective along the Estonian coast. The shift from city street to coastal labor marks a turning point: the voyage from reckless youth toward a more grounded sense of purpose begins to take shape.

As Viktor channels his dilemma into a personal sacrifice, he chooses to relinquish the chance to defend a flawed dissertation, a decision that reverberates through the brothers’ shared ambitions.
