Frankie Stein and her friends at Monster High uncover a long-forgotten conflict between monsters and humans, known as "Normies." Traditionally, students were cautioned to avoid Halloween celebrations to prevent trouble. However, the ghouls learn that monsters and Normies used to joyfully celebrate the holiday together. Determined to revive this tradition, Frankie and her friends decide to use Halloween night to embrace their unique identities and demonstrate that it's wonderful to be yourself.
