Former black ops operative Cross and his partner Manning are tasked with decommissioning a maximum-security prison. Their mission takes a dangerous turn with the arrival of two enigmatic female prisoners. Soon, an elite mercenary force launches an assault on the prison, clearly after the new arrivals. As Cross investigates, he uncovers a conspiracy that puts him in the middle of a much larger and more perilous situation, forcing him to confront powerful forces and protect the women in his custody.
