Arjun, now aware of his true identity, reaches out to his friend Parashuram IPS and reveals a dire warning: he and his ally Vivek, a skilled MMA fighter, are targets of Martin. The pursuit sweeps him from Pakistan to Mumbai by cargo boat, and at Andheri Railway Junction he hopes to reconnect with Parashuram—only to see Parashuram slain by Martin’s henchmen. Desperation grows as Arjun tries to warn Vivek during a high-stakes MMA match, but the attempt ends in tragedy as Vivek is killed as well. In the midst of the carnage, Arjun reconnects with his old circle—his friend Sathya and his fiancée Preeti—and learns that Preeti is being used as bait to trap Martin in Mangalore. The trio fights to keep her safe, and in a jolt of memory, Arjun regains his past and reveals a shocking truth: he is Martin. The revelation intensifies when it’s disclosed that Arjun and Martin are actual doppelgängers, and that Arjun had been in a coma in Pakistan for 15 days under the care of Regina’s ally and undercover officer, Shabnam. Arjun awakens to the pressing reality that Martin has slipped into India, and the chase resumes with higher stakes than before. Shabnam, the undercover ally, helps him piece together the broader conspiracy.

In the backstory, Arjun’s duty as an IRS officer drives him to seize a dangerous shipment of defective medicine from Mushtaq, who runs a pharmaceuticals racket. The takedown puts Arjun at odds with Mushtaq and Martin, who manipulates events to suspend Arjun by blaming him for the deaths of the racket’s henchmen. With Parashuram’s help, Arjun pushes deeper, interrogating Martin’s men and tracing the trail to Pakistan. Martin retaliates by killing Regina and pressuring Arjun from the shadows, insisting that Preeti must be sacrificed if the mission continues. A brutal confrontation in an under-construction building leaves Arjun badly injured and in a coma, and Martin’s own escape puts him on a collision course with Arjun once more. Shabnam helps carry Arjun to safety as the past grows heavier with every revelation.

Present-day action intensifies as Arjun reaches Mangalore, where Martin has holed up with Sathya and Preeti in a hospital setting. The final confrontation unfolds aboard a cruise-ship hideout, where Martin abducts Preeti and puts pressure on Arjun to give up the containers. A clandestine plan by Mushtaq to capture the cargo adds another layer of danger, and Arjun fights through biker attacks and artillery assaults, only to learn that Vivek, Parashuram, and Regina were, in fact, collaborators with Mushtaq, supplying both hazardous medicine and weapons to terrorists. Martin explains that he learned of Mushtaq’s bid to overthrow him in order to reclaim the containers, and he presses Arjun to erase Martin’s identity in exchange for Preeti’s safety. Arjun refuses, choosing to stand against the deception. The two men fuse their strengths to eliminate Mushtaq, and Martin destroys Mushtaq’s stock while escaping with the money. For his service, Arjun is awarded a medal and publicly recognized for completing the mission.

Months later, a lingering thread remains as Arjun watches news footage of people being shot in the left eye across different cities, a chilling reminder that Martin operates from the shadows. A final, unsettling connection shifts the balance again when Martin, living under a new identity as Rhino, reaches out by phone, signaling that the cycle of pursuit—and the threat he represents—may not be over.
