Janardhan “Jaani” Chiranjeevi runs a small casino with his partner Bhillu, navigating a life built on risk, wit, and a shared sense of loyalty. One routine night, they give a lift to two women whose car has broken down: Anusha, Radha, and Utpala. Anusha, recalling Jaani’s past help, mentions the favor in an interview, a detail that catches the attention of Utpala and helps her secure a nursing job at a city hospital. In a move that feels almost casual but is steeped in consequence, Jaani and Bhillu also take care of a rival, clearing the path for Anusha to start anew.

Trouble nudges closer when Bhillu discovers cocaine hidden inside an egg in the kitchen, sparking a citywide inquiry. Their search leads them to Pogaku Subba Rao’s shop, and from there they uncover a web of connections to the underworld don, Vasanth Dada. Dada runs a vast criminal empire, but he also recruits unemployed people for his schemes, all while trafficking in illegal trades such as selling body parts. The plot thickens as Utpala’s unemployed brother, Sarma, becomes ensnared and is forced to leave home. Desperate to find him, Utpala seeks Jaani’s help, and he begins tracing a lead that starts with a phone number provided by her.

Meanwhile, Anusha takes action of her own, filing formal complaints about Subba Rao and his nephew Sudhakar’s dark dealings. In the shadows, Salim, an undercover police officer, attempts to question Anusha but crosses a line and harms her. Jaani intervenes, saving Anusha, and the two gradually grow closer, their bond deepening into love as they press on with the investigation into Dada’s operations. A crucial clue appears in a letter left by Sarma that points to Dada’s hideout, exposing the criminal activity at the heart of the operation. Yet the case hits a brutal setback when Salim kills Sarma, eliminating the sole witness in a hospital setting.

Undeterred, Jaani and Anusha push forward, confronting Vasanth Dada directly. Their pursuit, however, ends with a brutal ambush as Dada’s men capture them and cast them out into a desert, left to die as prey for vultures. In a daring twist of fortune, they manage to escape thanks to a magnifying glass dropped earlier by Pogaku Subba Rao, using their wits to outmaneuver their captors and strike back at Dada’s henchmen. The final confrontation sees Jaani and Bhillu rallying to defeat Vasanth Dada, bringing an end to his criminal empire, and sealing their victory with the wedding of Jaani and Anusha. In the end, justice, loyalty, and love converge as the couple steps into a new life together.
