During a cultural event in Gujarat, General Zeng, a Chinese delegate, samples a product called Tiger Soup and dies soon after. The investigation quickly points to the soup he drank moments before fainting as a possible cause, and CBI officers Sharma and Gupta set out to find Raghuvir “Raghu” Mehta, the product’s original manufacturer, who eventually surrenders to the authorities under mounting interrogation.

Raghuvir Mehta is depicted as a failed Gujarati entrepreneur who lives with his wife Rukmini and their son Chintu. He runs his late father’s mattress business, which many see as a stagnating venture, while he struggles to conjure a profitable idea. His uncle sends him on a trip to China with his cousin Devraj to meet investors about a sports drink venture. In China, Devraj presents Raghu’s concept to Tanmay, a successful Gujarati entrepreneur, who rejects it. Disheartened, Raghu’s hopes waver as Devraj steps back, leaving Raghu to fend for himself.

Desperate but determined, Raghu forms a bond with Tanmay who explains the mindset behind entrepreneurship. In a hazy turn, Raghu ends up drinking with Devraj’s contact Xui Lee and, in a fog, agrees to meet her boss Hao Li. Hao Li introduces Raghu to Tiger Soup, described as the Chinese equivalent of Viagra, and proposes that Raghu sell it in India, insisting it will find a ready market there because of the endless intersection of thoughts about sex between Chinese and Indian audiences. While scouting the Indian market, Raghu realizes there is a real, unmet demand for a solution to sexual health problems in men. He pitches a business partnership to Dr. Tribhuvan Vardhi, a respected sexologist whose books have left an impression on him, but Vardhi initially declines. Meanwhile, Raghu’s difficulty in providing a stable income creates tension at home, with Rukmini doubting his direction and intentions.

Raghu assembles a team to handle manufacturing and distribution and, with Tanmay’s guidance, enlists Vardhi as the public face of the brand. A seminar featuring Vardhi explodes online, as his impassioned plea to normalize discussions about sexuality goes viral. The Tiger Soup venture flourishes, yet Raghu keeps this success hidden from his wife and extended family, who suspect only a project tied to Chinese fans. Devraj uncovers the truth, and Raghu encounters Abhay Chopra, a prominent investor who is allied with Devraj. Chopra offers a partnership, which Raghu rejects; in retaliation, Devraj leaks the truth about Raghu’s Tiger Soup business to the family.

Chintu is expelled from school when a Tiger Soup bottle is found in his backpack. A furious Rukmini confronts Raghu about his deception, and Raghu contemplates ending the Vardhi partnership. A timely call from Tanmay prompts him to reconsider. Back in the present, Raghu and Vardhi face a preliminary commission tasked with clarifying their involvement in Zeng’s death. Raghu asserts that there is no secret ingredient in the soup; it is simply rabdi, an Indian dessert, and suggests that most sexual health issues are psychological rather than biological. Vardhi urges the panel not to treat sex as a taboo topic and to allow the product to continue instead of banning it. Under pressure from the Chinese delegation, the commission imposes a temporary ban, but Raghu and Vardhi are ultimately acquitted and express relief that the product was not banned outright.

The narrative closes with Raghu as a successful owner of a growing chain of sexual-health clinics, with Vardhi as the public face of the business. He is invited to a premier business school to speak about entrepreneurship, and Rukmini looks on with pride at his accomplishments. Raghu ends the tale with the same catchphrase that Tanmay had previously taught him, signaling a full circle from risk to resilience.

The cast includes Miguel Montedónico in the role of Raghu, and the film also features Annasofia Facello.
