Love Like Honey 2024

Majka, a confectioner living by the Baltic Sea, and Agata, a successful interior designer in the Tatra Mountains, find themselves at a crossroads in life, both feeling their futures hold little change. Both women, over fifty and experiencing menopause, are grappling with personal losses: Majka is a widow, while Agata has recently been left by her partner. Their paths unexpectedly converge at a high school friend’s funeral, leading Agata to impulsively suggest Majka take her place in the mountains. This spontaneous role reversal creates unexpected complications, humorous situations, and challenges as the women navigate their changing circumstances and rediscover themselves.
