Siddhu Raj Tarun is a chef living a modest middle-class life with his mother Hema in K.G.B. colony, chasing a dream of cooking on a cruise liner in Singapore while managing tight finances. His circle includes friends who drift between trouble and camaraderie, among them Noel Sean as Shankar, Nellore Sudharshan as Srinu, and Naveen Neni as Suresh, who pull off small-time ATM thefts and retreat to local ruins for days. Siddhu helps them by cooking meals and supplying liquor, taking a share of the loot in return, all while juggling family expectations and the pull of his own ambitions. He’s also part of a larger social web that even brushes against Vajja Venkata Giridhar as Narasing, hinting at the breadth of people tangling with his life.

Siddhu’s world expands when he meets Kumari Hebah Patel — a struggling model from Mumbai who has recently moved to the colony. The two fall into a conflicted, intense romance; Kumari’s bold, fearless attitude leaves Siddhu both captivated and perplexed. Friends warn him that Kumari may have had past relationships, and his own doubts about her virginity begin to strain their bond. Kumari, sensing his insecurity, perceives his immaturity and rejects his marriage proposal with a frank sense of realism, telling him he lacks the maturity to love her properly.

In a desperate bid to provoke a reaction, Siddhu tries to make Kumari jealous by pursuing his neighbor Madhu Bhanu Sri. The ploy backfires, and Kumari’s unwavering affection only deepens the mystery around their relationship, leaving Siddhu more confused than ever. As the couple’s tension grows, Siddhu’s friends disclose a more troubling truth: Kumari is really Meena, a Mumbai-based model linked to a prostitution case who was briefly the subject of a police raid. The revelation unsettles Siddhu, especially when Kumari resists the trio’s sexual advances, which fuels their anger toward her and further unsettles Siddhu.

After an ATM heist, the trio escapes and Srinu loses his cellphone; Kumari finds it and hands it to the police, sparking a chain of events that forces the trio to retreat into the ruins. When Siddhu confronts them, Shankar reveals Kumari’s true identity as Meena and shares a video from a Mumbai police press conference featuring her among others tied to the prostitution case. Kumari’s image resurfaces with a chilling reminder of the risks attached to their romance, and she rejects Siddhu’s advances that night. The next day, Siddhu learns that his father’s alleged affair never happened and his mother’s misunderstanding had shaped his past, a revelation that shifts his understanding of love and trust.

Kumari then asks Siddhu to come to her that night to fulfill his desire, seemingly offering a path back to happiness. But the past catches up in a brutal turn: the trio reach Kumari’s house before Siddhu, sedate her with narcotics mixed with juice, and assault her. Siddhu arrives to find them there, drives them away, and reads Kumari’s letter that makes him recognize his immaturity. He begins to rearrange his life to ensure Kumari remains unaware of the assault he narrowly avoided becoming a witness to. He notices a bloodstain on Kumari’s saree and, in an act driven by fear and confusion, removes the saree, washes away the stain, and re-seals it, hoping to preserve her innocence.

When Kumari regains consciousness, Siddhu feigns that she had fallen asleep after the trio left, insisting that he was waiting for her. Though she remains suspicious, Siddhu’s persuasion leads her to accept a proposal of marriage, and she agrees to marry him. The crime, however, casts a long shadow: Siddhu is arrested and questioned by police about the trio, but he refuses to reveal their whereabouts. He is released and marries Kumari, attempting to move forward with their life together.

Three years pass, and Siddhu now runs a kitchen in Hyderabad. An inspector, unable to locate the trio, contemplates closing the case. In a brutal twist of justice and vengeance, it’s revealed that Siddhu has kept the trio imprisoned in the ruins for years, feeding and torturing them. The trio pleads for death, but Siddhu, claiming he is not mature enough to forgive them, beats them as the cycle of pain and control tightens around his life. The film closes on a stark, unsettling note, leaving Siddhu’s moral compass and the consequences of unchecked desire in question.
