Kathi Kantharao (Allari Naresh) is the son of a suspended gunman (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam). He works as a police constable who carries the heavy burden of a bustling family: two married sisters and another two sisters who are ready for marriage. The clan’s expectations press down on him as he juggles the needs and schemes of two greedy brothers-in-law, Krishna Bhagavaan and Srinivasa Reddy, whose demand is for perfect matches for his sisters. The weight of their finances, reputations, and futures rests squarely on his shoulders. To keep things in order, he signs an agreement with his father that he will not marry until his sisters are happily settled in life. Yet love finds a way to sidestep this pact, and he falls for Rathnam (Kamna Jethmalani), eventually marrying her. He resolves to keep the marriage secret until he can honor the vow he made to his father, hoping to fulfill his word while navigating the newfound truth about his own heart. circumstances force him to reveal his relationship with Rathnam to his boss and to Sub-Inspector Kanakaratnam (Jeeva).

In the meantime, romance threads through the family tapestry. One sister falls for the son of IG G.K. Rayudu’s household, while another sister loves a fellow constable, and Kanta Rao’s friend Vaasu (Venu Madhav) becomes tangled in the web of affections. Kantharao works to secure marriages for his two younger sisters with the partners they love, even as he contends with doubts about Rathnam’s standing and the legitimacy of his union. To clear those doubts, Kanakaratnam travels to Rathnam’s hometown, Vengalappagudem, to meet Rathnam’s father, Raja Rao. Raja Rao, upon learning of the engagement from Kanakaratnam, travels to Hyderabad to confront his daughter and assess the situation with an eye toward political gain. Kantha Rao eventually lays bare the truth to Raja Rao and seeks the family’s blessings for a remarriage, believing in the strength and unity of his clan.

Raja Rao’s ambition is clear: he dreams of becoming the village sarpanch and resorts to all kinds of political theater to sway voters. His tactics intensify when his opponent Lanka Satish’s son (Nalla Srinu) marries a foreigner, providing Rao with fresh material to critique the entire family for electoral advantage. The tension among politics, love, and duty escalates as Kantha Rao works through a cascade of challenges, balancing the expectations of his parents, the feelings of his sisters, and the political machinations that surround Rathnam’s marriage.

After a sequence of trials, Kantha Rao convinces his parents and sisters to move forward, arranging the marriage of his younger sister and, finally, marrying Rathnam. But the first night brings an unexpected complication: Rathnam reveals, almost unintentionally, that she is pregnant. Satish seizes on the revelation to defame Raja Rao in an attempt to derail his village elections, turning the political spotlight onto the family’s private life. Raja Rao’s chances of triumph become precarious as he grapples with the consequences of Rathnam’s pregnancy and the political fallout that accompanies it. Kantha Rao endures a fresh round of troubles, working through every obstacle with patience and resolve, and ultimately helps Raja Rao navigate the crisis and secure a path to victory in the village elections.
