Achyuth, Nara Rohith and Anand, Naga Shaurya, are brothers who work in different fields—one as an HR manager and the other as a medical representative. Their bond is strained by ego, yet they present themselves as devoted brothers to everyone else. A party to celebrate a new car becomes a turning point: Achyuth uses rent money he’s gathered from their elderly tenant, Sudoku Murthy, for the celebration, sparking a heated argument between the brothers. During the quarrel, they blur the lines in front of their wives about Jyosthna, Jyotsna Kumari, and reveal a complicated history with her.
