The premise of Johnny Apollo without spoilers.
Wall Street broker Robert Cain Sr. is imprisoned for embezzlement, prompting his recent college graduate son, Bob, to turn to crime in order to fund his father’s release. Bob becomes an aide to mobster Mickey Dwyer and falls for Dwyer’s girlfriend, Lucky, before both end up incarcerated together with his father.
