In India, there exists a complex web of crime syndicates, each carved out by distinct leaders. The Golden Horse, run by Joseph Anthony, operates from Miami, while Scorpion, helmed by Rathanlal, establishes its base in West Bengal. Meanwhile, the Gayakwad syndicate is led by Jayadev Gayakwad, alongside his son Vijay Gayakwad and Vijay’s close friend Pratap Aras, who are both positioned in Bangalore.

Amidst this chaotic backdrop, Vijay finds himself caught in a perilous web when ruthless attackers, under Joseph’s orders, assassinate his father, Jayadev. The mastermind behind this brutal act learns that Vijay is implicated in the deaths of his brothers, John, Peter, and Robin, as well as responsible for putting his son, Vicky, into a coma. Recognizing the imminent threat to his own family, Vijay recruits Santhosh Kumar, a skilled bodyguard from J-Wings security agency, to provide protection to him and his loved ones. Santhosh, known for his tactical prowess, not only aids Vijay in navigating his business dealings but also decisively eliminates Rathanlal and his sons when they attempt to encroach upon Gayakwad’s territory.

The plot thickens as Vijay’s sister, Nisha Gayakwad, returns from Singapore after completing her medical studies. To safeguard her, Vijay enlists Santhosh’s help once again. After a series of violent confrontations, they seek refuge in a tranquil village in Madikeri, where an unexpected bond blossoms between Santhosh and Nisha. Initially hesitant, Vijay ultimately endorses their relationship, and during a party, he announces his intentions to entrust Nisha with the management of the family business, introducing her partner, Santhosh, to the guests.

However, during a heated conversation, Santhosh probes Vijay about his fears and then unexpectedly sparks chaos by revealing his true identity. He orchestrates a violent showdown that leads to the deaths of his own bodyguards, unveiling that he was involved in Jayadev’s assassination to position himself as Vijay’s protector. In a dramatic twist, Joseph’s henchmen crash the party, recognizing Santhosh as James, a figure long thought to be dead. Their apprehension escalates when one of them informs Joseph of Santhosh’s survival, only to meet a gruesome end at Santhosh’s hands.

As tensions rise, it soon becomes clear that Joseph had been fed false information regarding his brothers’ deaths. In the ensuing chaos, Santhosh takes Vijay and Nisha to the interrogation room of the security agency. Amidst accusations and confrontations, Nisha hurls insults at Santhosh, prompting a revelation from Rakesh Kumar Pirangi, a colleague, about Santhosh’s hidden past.

Flashbacks unfold, revealing that ten months prior, Santhosh, serving as an Indian Army Major, attended a wedding in Pondicherry where his friends worked in various governmental capacities. He learns that Jagan, a new NCB officer, had detained John, Robin, and Peter for involvement in smuggling activities led by Golden Horse. That joyous occasion, however, turned tragic when Vijay, Pratap, and Joseph orchestrated an ambush, resulting in a massacre. Surviving the ordeal with Rakesh’s assistance, Santhosh fled to Miami, adopting the identity of James.

In a quest for revenge, he tracks down Robin during a birthday celebration, swiftly eliminating him. Subsequently, he confronts Peter on a remote Miami island and ultimately fells John in a brutal encounter in his drug lab. After returning to India, Santhosh faces the consequences of his actions, but manages to secure permission from superiors to embark on a covert operation—MISSION NORC. This leads him back to Bangalore where he forms J-Wings, a security agency aimed at dismantling the syndicates.

In the climax, Vijay, with the aid of Joseph and Pratap, escapes from the agency’s clutches successfully. In a twist of fate, Santhosh, supported by Nisha, lures Joseph, Vijay, Pratap, and their criminal entourage to the Sangihe Islands. There, a showdown ensues, leading to the capture of the syndicate members by the squad officers. The film reaches its resolution with Santhosh saluting the Indian flag, a testament to fulfilling the mission and honoring his friends’ memories.
