The premise of I, Cesar without spoilers.
Cesar, a bored Parisian schoolboy, craves excitement. To spice up his routine he even pretends his father has been arrested. When school holidays arrive, he and his friend Sarah promise their parents they’ll stay with each other, then convince their classmate Morgan to join them on a secret mission to locate Morgan’s father, who is said to be living in London. The three slip away and begin their adventure.
