The premise of Going Ape! without spoilers.
Oscar inherits $5 million and three orangutans after his circus‑owner father dies, but the bequest imposes three conditions: the apes must be bathed twice a week, cannot be given away, and must remain healthy for three years or the money reverts to the Zoological Society.
