In Washington D.C., RS-1, a new government robot, is scheduled to debut at a convention in Hong Kong. During a demonstration led by Dr. Cameron, the test goes awry and RS-1 begins firing, prompting Agents Ross Tucker and Ian Curtis to shut down the machine at the control panel. The malfunction isn’t random: it’s the result of a hack by Kurt Lee, RS-1’s designer who was previously fired. Kurt’s plan is to steal the robot with the help of rogue FBI agent Quincy, setting the stage for a high-stakes pursuit that will drag multiple players into its orbit.
