What Is Fresh Hare About?
The premise of Fresh Hare without spoilers.
In this classic Looney Tunes short, Bugs Bunny becomes the target of a Mounted Police posse headed by Elmer Fudd, who declares him wanted “dead or alive.” The cartoon’s Western chase, slap‑slap humor and visual gags were later deemed too racially insensitive, resulting in the episode being withheld from broadcast for nearly thirty years.
