The story opens two years after Pia [Angelica Panganiban] and Nix Cabangon [Carlo Aquino] parted ways, when they are invited to a party hosted by the married couple Reyna [Dionne Monsanto] and Tops. The gathering becomes a quiet mirror of the past, as a series of flashbacks reveals how Pia and Reyna once watched Nix from across a bar, an observation that nudged Pia toward pursuing a romance with Nix after they each opened up about their exes and Nix’s generous hospitality toward her.

As the present-day party unfolds, a chance encounter at a superstore brings Migs [Joem Bascon] and his family into the frame. Nix’s jealousy flares up in an instant, driving a wedge between him and Pia and sparking a tense confrontation at their home, where the topic of Nix’s ex, Dwein, is revisited and burdened with old wounds. The moment forces Nix to offer a sincere apology to Pia for his rash behavior, while he reveals lingering memories of his ex.

The narrative deepens when Dwein [Coleen Garcia-Crawford] appears alongside Tops to select furniture for Nix, a scene that heightens Pia’s insecurity and makes her confront the possibility that Nix may still harbor feelings for Dwein. It becomes clear that Dwein’s presence and the unresolved history between her and Nix played a central role in driving Pia away in the past, and that those traces linger in the present.

Back in the present, Pia and Nix find themselves reintroducing their connection after their breakup, until Tops announces plans for a second baby, jokingly calling Reyna his first “baby” as the band strikes up the tune Nix once sang for Pia during their relationship. The moment is charged with what-ifs, and both Pia and Nix nearly lean into a renewed kiss.

Just when the tension seems ready to break into something more, Pia reveals she already has a boyfriend named Anton who calls her to come home, prompting her to step away from the moment and leave the party. She climbs into her car, only for Nix to chase after her with one last, emotional goodbye, naming the car she drives “Ogie”—the same nickname she gave it at the start of the story. In the end, Pia makes a quiet, resolute choice: she decides to reconcile with Nix, choosing to revisit what they once had and what they could become together.
