Following the death of gang master Hung, his two followers Cheung and Kin, Chapman To Man-Chat, are sent to Thailand to locate Hung’s son, Georgie Hung Chi-Kit, Daniel Wu, who has chosen a quiet life as a cook with his boyfriend Frankie and shows little interest in stepping into the family business. Yet his close friend Sam, Sam Ho Choi-Chow, loves the gangster’s world and steps into the breach, leading to a swap of identities as they return to Hong Kong. The move reshapes their lives and sets off a chain of consequences that ripple through both sides of the city’s divided criminal landscape.
