What Is Drillbit About?

In a near‑future where AIDS dominates mortality, ruthless pharma boss Dr. Hex touts Serocaine as a miracle cure, but it causes horrific mutations. When his chief scientist discovers the truth, Hex’s henchmen massacre the scientist’s family, leaving only son Brian, who survives a drilling through his head. Driven by revenge, Brian becomes a relentless, shape‑shifting avenger targeting Hex.
