Diane Harper, Jane Longenecker, is the county dog catcher who teams up with her ex-welding artist partner, Tom Banning, Matt Borlenghi, and his 12-year-old brother Michael Banning, Jake Thomas, as they search for their three‑legged dog, Lucky, in a small town shadowed by strange, dangerous happenings.
