As a mother reads Little Red Riding Hood to her son, she is killed before his eyes. Later, five young actors, including Sophie Jeanne and her four friends, are invited to the castle of Axel de Fersen to perform a modernized stage adaptation of the same story. They are greeted by the gamekeeper Stephane, the wheelchair-bound owner Baron Berléand Fernsen, and his deaf son Nicolas. After dinner, the host retires to bed as the five friends settle in for a night of drinking and dancing, only to discover that the Baron has vanished, leaving behind a grim blood stain.

The remaining partygoers resume their revelry, a mood that annoys Sophie, who feels their behavior is disrespectful and blind to the lurking danger. She voices a desire to leave the eerie fortress, but the others insist that she might get herself hopelessly lost in the woods if she tries. Soon, danger closes in as tragedy unfolds one by one: Matilda is stabbed in the shower by a man dressed as a wolf, and Jeanne is killed in the aftermath.

With only three survivors left, panic takes over as they scramble to understand what’s happening and search for Stephane, whom they believe is the killer. The tension escalates when their friend Wilfried is killed, and Sophie accuses Matthew of the murder. The accusation strains their nerves, but the two eventually confront the looming threat alongside the wolf—Axel de Fersen himself. In a brutal turn of events, Sophie manages to kill him and escapes the castle, fleeing with Matthew and Nicolas.

The climactic chase and the eerie aftermath leave the trio to reckon with what they’ve survived, the shadows of the castle, and the fragile line between performance and peril. Little Red Riding Hood returns as a chilling motif—not just a bedtime story, but a warning etched into a remote, danger-filled night.
