
On the cusp of victory, Czech partisan Pavel is gravely wounded and rushed to a field hospital. While drifting between consciousness and memory, he revisits his journey into the resistance and the brutal actions of German commander Engelchen. Driven by a need for revenge, Pavel clings to the hope of recovery so he can confront the officer responsible for his comrades’ suffering.
