A realtor, John Dante, finds himself unable to sell a particular house, plagued by a dark history and unsettling rumors. To understand the problem, he listens to a series of chilling tales connected to the property. One story, "The Morning After," involves a group of friends encountering a terrifying insect infestation following a party. Another, "Freddie and the Goblins," explores the unraveling of a young musician and his bandmates. Finally, "Father Land" reveals a dark secret harbored by a returning Iraq War veteran and his father. As John delves deeper into the house’s past, he becomes convinced it’s cursed and impossible to sell.
