Though she's behind bars, ambitious dealer Charles Cosby manages to catch the eye of Griselda Blanco, a Colombian-born cartel boss. Their relationship proves to be a lucrative one, as they run the city's crack cocaine trade and, according to jailhouse tapes, plot to kidnap John F. Kennedy Jr. as a means of securing Blanco's freedom.
