In Paris, Charlie Chan’s vacation is a cover for a mission to stop a bond‑forgery ring. His informant, Apache dancer Nardi, is killed before she can give details. The case grows tangled when banker’s daughter Yvette is falsely blamed for murder, leading Chan on a chase that ends in the Paris sewers.
