Mike Wade, a former MMA fighter played by Scott Adkins, finds himself in a precarious situation, struggling to make ends meet. Currently employed with a demolition crew at the abandoned Castle Heights Hospital, he and his team are tasked with preparing the site for its impending demolition. However, unbeknownst to many, this decrepit building conceals a perilous secret: a whopping $3 million worth of cash hidden away by a gang leader who is now incarcerated and harbors the intention of reclaiming it someday. As the countdown to destruction begins, this secret is on the verge of being unveiled, setting the stage for ensuing chaos.

During the course of their work, Mike stumbles upon the concealed fortune, and seizing this unexpected opportunity, he contemplates taking the money to radically alter his life. Little does he know that he isn’t the sole person aware of the stash; Dolph Lundgren, portraying Richard Ericson—a corrections officer desperately seeking funds to support his cancer-stricken daughter—also discovers its location. Compelled by a mix of urgency and hope, Richard races to the hospital with the intention of securing the cash before it is buried beneath the rubble.

Complicating matters further, the gang that initially deposited the money has learned about the hospital’s scheduled demolition.
