Cannibal Campout 1988

In Redston, a woman named Nancy Nancy Sciarra is hacked to death with a felling axe by a man wearing a fighter pilot helmet.

Later, two couples—Jon Jon McBride with Carrie Carrie Lindell, and Amy Amy Chludzinski with Chris Christopher A. Granger—drive into Redston to camp for the weekend, hoping for a quiet escape from daily life.

On the road they encounter hillbillies Rich Richard Marcus and Gene Gene Robbins, who launch an attack. The men are revealed to be brothers of the fighter-helmeted intruder, Joe Joseph Salheb.

After this tense confrontation, the four set up near abandoned cabins, while Rich and Gene murder would-be pranksters John John Farrell and Ray Ray Angelic. Carrie leaves to grab cigarettes, but Gene and Joe strike, killing her, and her friends are captured while searching for her. Jon is knocked out in a fight with Joe and is disemboweled and eaten by the brothers, who force-feed some of his innards to the other captives.

Gene and Joe depart with Jon’s body, and Rich brutally murders Chris and attempts to rape Amy, only for Amy to stab Rich with his own knife and leave him for dead. Traversing the wilderness, Amy encounters Joe again; during the ensuing scuffle she pulls off his helmet, revealing his disfigured face. Joe runs off, and Gene and the recovered Rich recapture Amy, then cut out and eat her unborn child.

An unknown amount of time later, the brothers are shown on a failed hunt, and when Rich suggests they just grab fast food, Gene scolds him, reminding him that they promised their mother they would never eat those chemical-soaked foods. When Rich keeps protesting, Gene and Joe grow increasingly annoyed and seem to decide, in a grim turn, to eat him.
