
Bob Whipple (Esteban Powell), a struggling sportswriter, becomes vigilante The Whip after a famous white rap star is murdered. He roams the night rescuing people, reuniting with his high‑school girlfriend Anne (Joey Lauren Adams), now an animal‑rights activist.
