Spoilers ahead

In a universe where fantasy and reality seamlessly intertwine, Kate and Chloe (June Diane Raphael and Casey Wilson) stand as the quintessential duo of dysfunction. Their friendship, forged in a crucible of shared embarrassment, traces back to their disgraceful tie for last place at a children’s beauty pageant, where they both struggled to find their unique spark. Fast forward to adulthood, these women navigate the bustling streets of New York City; Chloe is now a burgeoning starlet captivating the nightlife from within a glass box, while Kate has constructed an unconventional empire rooted in her egg-donor business.
