Spoilers ahead
A band of ninja warriors, led by Yamata Masanori Mimoto and his comrades Jinnai Shuji Kashiwabara and Nezumi Donpei Tsuchihira, is dispatched to investigate the sudden crash of a mysterious object in the sky. As they reach the wreckage, they uncover the brutal aftermath others ninjas have suffered: bodies torn apart in a scene that mixes awe with dread. Not long after, they cross paths with another, larger group of ninjas spearheaded by Rin Mika Hijii, a skilled kunoichi whose presence signals a broader conspiracy and a deeper danger. The encounter with the young survivor of a massacred village—and the dead silence that follows his plea for help—pulls them into a confrontation the team hadn’t anticipated.
