Govinda “Vindha” Bhargav, a towering figure in the business world, finds his life turned upside down when he receives the devastating news that his younger son, “Mohan,” has died in a tragic car accident in Italy. This heartbreaking event sets off a chain of shocking events that reveal dark truths about loyalty, betrayal, and revenge. Almost immediately after learning of his son’s death, Vindha’s hotel room is invaded by assassins, one of whom holds up a phone to his ear. On the other end, his friends “Sarma” and “Varma” confess that they orchestrated Mohan’s death and are plotting to seize control of his empire. Vindha, cunning and alive to the danger, secretly records this conversation before succumbing to the gunmen, a moment that becomes pivotal in the unfolding story.

The news of Vindha’s death reaches his second wife, “Indrani,” who uncovers the audio file containing evidence of the killers. Determined to bring her husband’s murderers to justice, she contacts Appaji, the brother of Vindha’s first wife, Krishnaveni. Appaji then reaches out to an unnamed person, later revealed to be “Abhishikth” Bhargav, Vindha’s eldest son. Following his father’s last rites in Varanasi, Abhi travels from Assam to Hyderabad, where the investigation leads him to the very whereabouts of Vindha’s possible killers. Adopting the alias “Balasubramanyam,” he secures a position within his father’s company and begins forging relationships with Sukumari, the daughter of Varma, and Suryakantham, Sarma’s secretary, both of whom play roles in uncovering the complex web of lies.

In his quest for truth, Abhi quickly discovers that the recorded phone call was staged—there are no international calls registered on Sarma and Varma’s phones, indicating deception. His investigations turn dangerous when unknown assailants attack him, forcing him to defend himself, and in doing so, he kills one of his attackers. The injured attacker reveals that the true mastermind behind the conspiracy is Seetharam, son of Vindha’s former business partner Dheenabandhu.

Meanwhile, ACP Sampath takes charge of the police probe and digs into Vindha’s complex past. Once a humble man from a middle-class background, Vindha built a thriving pharmaceutical empire, with plans to expand to a remote village. His integrity is tested when he refuses to bribe a local politician, who then incites villagers to attack Vindha’s factory—an assault orchestrated with help from Vindha’s trusted friend, “Aditya Bandaru.” During their escape via a charter plane, Vindha’s vial of medicine is destroyed, but he secretly retains a second vial, which later becomes significant. Throughout his rise, Vindha begins to suspect that some of his closest friends are plotting against him.

The story also delves into Vindha’s personal life, highlighting a tumultuous period when he vacations in Bali with his pregnant first wife Krishnaveni. During this trip, someone attempts to kill her, leading to a mistaken identity case where another woman dressed similarly is killed instead. Krishnaveni is sent to her brother Appaji’s house for safety, but she dies shortly after giving birth to Abhi. Raised with a pragmatic outlook on wealth, Abhi grows up indifferent to riches but becomes increasingly aware of the dangerous forces surrounding his family legacy. Vindha’s marriage to Indrani, a woman he marries with his son’s consent, adds further complexity to his personal saga.

As Abhi inherits his father’s empire, he begins to confront the sinister forces behind Vindha’s downfall. He uncovers harrowing truths about the harassment of women by his rivals Sarma, Varma, and Koteswara Rao. Upon learning of his true lineage, Abhi fiercely takes control of the company, confronting the conspirators. His journey takes him to Bulgaria to retrieve Vindha’s will, which names him as the rightful heir. However, with Seetharam’s scheming and Appaji’s involvement, the will is stolen and destroyed, further clouding evidence of his claim.

The climax sees Abhi battling Seetharam’s goons atop the company’s rooftop during a tense election for the new CEO. In a dramatic confrontation, he reveals that the will that Existed was a fake, and the real one was destroyed by Seetharam, who had betrayed Vindha. With the help of allies and the team he’s built, Abhi defeats most of Seetharam’s forces. But the revelation comes when a board member, initially thought to be part of the conspiracy, admits he is related to Aditya Bandaru and was involved in Vindha’s murder in pursuit of revenge. The board member and Seetharam’s henchman Parag fall from the rooftop during the chaos, dying in the process.

Finally, Abhi uncovers the truth behind the company’s name; the “AB group” was named after Aditya Bandaru, not himself, emphasizing the complex legacy he inherits. Assuming his role as the new CEO, he pledges to serve his father’s vision and legacy, vowing to uphold justice and integrity. In a fitting conclusion, Abhi ensures Seetharam is exiled to a remote island, removing a dangerous adversary from his life forever, and promising a future shaped by truth and righteousness.
