In the aftermath of a dangerous mission in Turkey aimed at rescuing a fellow secret agent, a dramatic turn of events unfolds. Ajay Singh Rajput captures a former colleague-turned-traitor, Jamaal, and uses the threat to his own family as leverage to extract information about a looming attack. Jamaal’s chilling taunts reveal that this is only the beginning of a broader assault, hinting at a sequence of colossal strikes planned by the terrorists. Ajay, with the support of Jai, manages to avert a bomb plot aimed at a Delhi shopping mall, a victory that is marred by Jamaal’s subsequent suicide—an act that underscores the ruthlessness and scale of the threat the task force faces.

Meanwhile, the film widens its geopolitical lens. A Pakistan-based mastermind, Maulana Mohammed Abdul Rehman, operates near the India-Pakistan frontier, orchestrating an audacious escape plan for Bilal Khan, a dangerous terrorist imprisoned in Mumbai. Bilal’s scheme hinges on bringing in Javed Ali Khan, who travels to Mumbai via Dubai. Soon after Bilal escapes custody, the alert sounds loudly for Indian authorities, who deploy an ATS team led by Ajay to interrogate Taufiq, an ISI asset posing as a local religious leader. The interrogation, conducted under extreme pressure, leads to a raid on Javed’s hideout, but the operation spirals out of control: the officers, except Ajay and Javed, are killed when Javed triggers a suicide blast.

From this catastrophe, the investigation threads together a crucial lead: Javed’s laptop turns up a name—Wasim Sheikh, living in Nepal under the alias Abdul Haq, a logistics planner for the terrorist network. Ajay and Shabana Khan travel to Nepal, posing as a married couple, to pursue Wasim. The plan to capture him nearly founders when Wasim recognizes Shabana as a covert operative, and a physical confrontation ensues. Shabana overpowers Wasim, and the pair escort him back to India. Under intense pressure, Wasim reveals the next phase of the plot: Bilal Khan is in Al-Dera, Saudi Arabia, preparing to travel to Karachi to execute a lethal strike across multiple Indian targets.

The tempo quickens as Feroz dispatches Ajay, Jai, and Om Prakash Shukla, a skilled hacker and trusted colleague, to connect with their deep asset Ashfaq in Al-Dera. Bilal’s meetings unfold within this intimate setting, and with Shukla’s technical prowess, the team breaches Bilal’s room and eliminates him. Yet the operation takes a dramatic turn when Maulana Mohammed Abdul Rehman is discovered in the same suite. Jai subdues him, and a high-stakes ruse is hatched: they transport Maulana to India under the cover of escorting Ashfaq’s seemingly sick uncle who needs a liver transplant. The ruse succeeds in obtaining a visa, but hotel security uncovers Bilal’s corpse, triggering a tense new investigation led by Police Chief Hani Mohammad. He quickly narrows the circle and identifies Ajay and his team as Indian agents, stoking paranoia and high alert as the plot thickens.

The turning point arrives when Maulana regains consciousness and lunges at Ajay, inflicting wounds that test the team’s resolve. Ajay manages to subdue him, and the group boards a flight home. Yet a dangerous counterplay unfolds as Hani Mohammad reaches the control tower to stop the aircraft. The sight of a newspaper declaring Maulana and Bilal as wanted terrorists with substantial international bounties shifts the balance: the plane is allowed to depart, and the mission careens forward with uncertain consequences. A closing voice-over by Feroz hints at a hard truth—Maulana’s capture in India had been kept secret, and after six weeks of intensive interrogation that yields little, he is handed over to the Indian Army in Srinagar where he is neutralized. In the end, the temporary task force achieves a hard-won victory, earning permanent status as the agencies celebrate their hard-won success and the resilience of those who stood against an expansive and lethal threat.
