Wallace Huo, born Huo Chien‑hwa on 26 December 1979 in Taipei, Taiwan, is a celebrated Taiwanese actor, singer, and producer whose career spans more than two decades. He first entered the entertainment industry at age 17 as an assistant to popular TV host Sam Tseng, but quickly shifted to on‑screen work, debuting in the drama Star (2002) and achieving breakout fame with the idol series At Dolphin Bay (2003), which recorded a historic 5.11 rating and cemented his status as a teen heartthrob.
