Valentina Bellè, born on 16 April 1992 in Verona, Italy, is an Italian actress who has carved a distinctive path in both television and cinema. From a young age she demonstrated a strong affinity for the arts, nurtured by her multicultural upbringing—her father is Italian and her mother German—instilling in her a blend of cultural perspectives that would later enrich her performances. After completing high school, Bellè ventured into modeling, gracing fashion shows and photo shoots, a stepping stone that honed her confidence before she fully embraced acting. At nineteen, she spent four months in New York City studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where she deepened her craft and broadened her artistic horizons. In 2013, after an initial rejection from Rome’s prestigious Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (CSC), she pursued English studies in London and trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, only to receive an unexpected call that a seat had opened at the CSC, leading her to secure admission and continue her formal training. Upon graduating, Bellè landed her breakout television role as Lucrezia Tornabuoni in the acclaimed series Medici: Masters of Florence, a performance that cemented her reputation on the international stage.
