Siddharth Menon, born on 15 March 1990 in Kochi, Kerala, is a versatile Indian artist best known for his work as a singer, actor, and musician. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, he was exposed to both classical Carnatic music and contemporary Western genres, which later shaped his eclectic style and fueled his passion for blending diverse sounds. He pursued higher education at University of Calicut, where he earned a degree in commerce while simultaneously nurturing his musical ambitions by performing in college festivals and local bands. In 2008, Menon co‑founded the critically acclaimed Malayalam indie‑folk‑rock band Avial, whose innovative fusion of traditional Malayalam lyrics with alternative rock instrumentation swiftly garnered a dedicated fan base and multiple awards, establishing him as a trailblazer in the Indian independent music scene. His deep, soulful voice soon caught the attention of film directors, leading to his acting debut in the Malayalam movie Kalimannu (2015), where his performance was praised for its natural charisma and emotional depth. Since then, he has appeared in a variety of Marathi, Hindi, and Malayalam films, showcasing his linguistic adaptability and commitment to authentic storytelling.
