Bremmer significantly embarked on his career in the short film 'Couples and Robbers', which led to his role in his first full-length film 'The Girl with Brains in Her Feet'. Most famously, he was the first actor to portray the character Lord Voldemort in 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone', a role that resurfaces in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2', albeit his face is never shown on screen. Additionally, he was cast as Skeld in 'The 13th Warrior' and made an appearance in the 2004 film 'Viper in the Fist', an adaptation of Hervé Bazin's novel. In addition to his film work, Bremmer has an impressive list of stage credits. These include performances in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', 'Julius Caesar', 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead', 'King Lear' and 'MacBeth'.
