Randall Park (born March 23, 1974) is an American actor, known for his roles in prominent television series and films. He is best recognized for his role as Louis Huang in the ABC sitcom Fresh Off the Boat (2015–2020), earning him a nomination for the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series in 2016. Prior to this, Park gained popularity as Steve, a prank replacement of Jim Halpert (known as 'Asian Jim') in one episode of the NBC sitcom The Office and for his recurring role as Governor Danny Chung in the HBO comedy series Veep. Other notable appearances include co-writing and co-starring in the Netflix romantic comedy film Always Be My Maybe (2019) and directing the comedy-drama film Shortcomings (2023). His role as Agent Jimmy Woo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films and the 2021 Disney+ series WandaVision has further solidified his place in popular cinema.

Born in Los Angeles, California, to Korean immigrants, he grew up in Castle Heights, Los Angeles. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with a bachelor's degree in English, and later completed his master's degree in Asian American studies in 1999. He co-founded the campus's Asian American theater company, sparking his passion for acting. Throughout his diversified career, Park has explored multiple avenues from acting, screenwriting, producing, to directing.
