Najib Amhali

Najib Amhali, born Najim Amhali on April 4, 1971 in Nador, Morocco, is a celebrated Dutch‑Moroccan entertainer whose career spans stand‑up comedy, film, television, and music. From his early days in the late 1980s, Amhali honed a distinctive comedic voice that blends sharp social observation with the rhythms of his Riffian‑Berber heritage, often punctuating his routines with the percussive flair of a professional drummer. His breakthrough came with a series of popular Dutch stand‑up specials such as Vol Is Vol and Veni Vidi Vici, which showcased his ability to turn everyday cultural clashes into laugh‑filled commentary.
