Michael Bacall (born Michael Stephen Bucellato on 19 April 1973) is an American actor and screenwriter whose career spans over three decades, beginning with child roles in television and film and evolving into a respected writer of high‑concept comedies and genre hybrids. Born in Los Angeles, California, to a family of Sicilian descent, Bacall entered the entertainment industry at a young age, appearing in series such as Highway to Heaven (1985) and the iconic Columbo episode “Columbo Goes to the Guillotine” (1989), quickly establishing a reputation as a versatile child performer.
