Kimia Behpoornia (born 1992-02-01) is an American comedian and actress whose career has quickly become notable for both her improvisational roots and her diverse screen appearances. Raised in Los Angeles, she grew up in a household of Iranian immigrants, an upbringing that infused her comedic voice with a blend of cultural nuance and sharp observational wit. From a young age she began improvising in elementary school, later honing her craft as a member of the Second City Los Angeles Teen Troupe, and earning a degree at UCLA that allowed her to balance academic study with rigorous performance training. Her early stage work spanned beloved local venues such as ComedySportz LA, Upright Citizens Brigade, and Westside Comedy Theater, where she refined the quick‑thinking skills that would later define her onscreen characters.
