Kaan Urgancioglu

Kaan Urgancıoğlu, born on May 9, 1981, is a celebrated Turkish actor primarily known for his roles as Emir Kozcuoğlu in Kara Sevda and Ilgaz Kaya in Yargi. His stunning performances have led both series to be the only Turkish series to have won an International Emmy Award. Urgancıoğlu's diverse heritage includes Turkish, Albanian, and Syrian roots. His career began after being recommended by actress Demet Akbağ, who knew him through family connections. His acting journey started with playing the lead in a series based on the historical comic book, Karaoğlan, followed by roles in several popular series and films.
