Joshua Daniel Hartnett, born July 21, 1978, is a widely recognized American actor with a diverse career, spanning from 1997 to the present day. His career was skyrocketed by his role as Michael Fitzgerald on ABC's Cracker, leading to his emergence as a teen idol. Hartnett captured the hearts of many through his performances in movies such as Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, The Faculty, The Virgin Suicides, Pearl Harbor, O, Black Hawk Down, and 40 Days and 40 Nights.
