John Considine

John Considine (born June 28, 1935) is an American writer and actor best known for his multifaceted contributions to television, film, and theater during the second half of the twentieth century. He hails from a prominent entertainment dynasty, being the grandson of John Considine, the Seattle vaudeville impresario who helped shape the Pacific Northwest’s early show business, and the son of film producer John W. Considine Jr., whose work behind the scenes influenced Hollywood’s Golden Age. Considine’s early life was steeped in artistic ambition, and after completing his education he moved to Los Angeles where he studied acting at the renowned Actors Studio, absorbing the method techniques that would define his later performances.
